Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) Community of Practice

Templeton Sawyer and Noah Draper will be joining Deb Wisniewski to explore the topic of Refugees and Homelessness through the ABCD Lens.

Gearing up for this next session, here are some questions for your consideration: What does homelessness mean in the context of supporting refugees? More specifically, how can ABCD help us think about this from an asset-based perspective?   

During our time together, Templeton and Noah will help ground us in the topic and then we'll spend considerable time in breakout rooms, discussing what assets are present in a situation typically defined by deficits and how to build on these assets.
